We recently had the privilege to visit Davis Estates winery in Calistoga, California. We enjoyed the VIP Experience, which included a private tour of the property.
We were greeted at the door with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc by our host, Erin Esser. We enjoyed touring this beautiful state-of-the-art wine facility that was designed by Howard Backen.
After the tour, we enjoyed a private tasting paired with amazing food from Executive Chef, Mark Caldwell.
We enjoyed 5 courses, with the last dessert course pairing cheese with the 2016 Phase V Petite Sirah.
The VIP Experience was amazing and we suggest you treat yourself the next time you visit wine country.
