As we turn the calendar to November, our Blackhawk Swim Team (HOX) swimmers are well into the 2025 Fall Swim Program, which runs through November 21. Since September, athletes have stayed active, sharpened their strokes, and kept the momentum of summer alive under the steady leadership of Head Coach Sean Quackenbush and the entire coaching team.

“Fall Swim is the perfect bridge between summer and the competitive season ahead,” shares Coach Sean. “It’s a time when swimmers rediscover their rhythm, work on the finer points of their strokes, and simply enjoy the sport without pressure.”
By now, returning swimmers have continued to build friendships, confidence, and skills, while new families have discovered the supportive spirit of the HOX community. Optional fall meets have given athletes a chance to gain race experience without the intensity of a championship season — striking just the right balance of progress and fun.
This season of gratitude reminds us how fortunate we are to have a dedicated coaching staff guiding our swimmers. Their expertise and encouragement have helped every athlete not only improve in the water but also develop resilience, teamwork, and joy — lessons that will carry them far beyond the fall.
