We chose a visit to Danville Brewing Co. to celebrate the last day of school and official start of summer break. The restaurant manager, Max Brown, gave us a fun tour of the brewery so we could see where all the magic happens. He also told us all about the head brewer, Matt Sager. He is a UC Davis Master Brewers program graduate and has been an award winning brewer for 20 years. Danville Brewing Co. is locally owned and operated and is a gem we are lucky to have in our community.
There is something on the menu and drink list to please all palates. Great wine and a full bar complement the beer selections. Our favorite was the pretzel bites; they were a hit! We also indulged in the chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream. It was definitely a cheat day!
