The best part about the holidays is spending it with family, and crafting together is a great way to make it fun and memorable. I have great memories of past Christmases. Specifically, one when I was seven years old. My father was working in Lake Tahoe. It was my first Christmas spent in the snow. My father cut down our Christmas tree, a ten footer, and my four sisters and I decorated it with homemade ornaments. Our dog, Lulu, had just given birth to nine puppies, and we were able to bring them with us. We had a wonderful time.
Remembering that Christmas, I found a great article on creating eco-friendly holiday crafts that I thought I would share with you this month. Here’s the link: https://www.gathered.how/arts-crafts/eco-friendly-christmas-crafts/
There are 41 different ideas; I tried four of them and they were super simple. I think kids, really anyone, would find them fun to make and the results very satisfying.
Have a wonderful holiday season! Again, if you make anything from my articles, please post them on Instagram at #BHLMCrafts, I’d love to see them.
Happy Holidays!
Stay safe and enjoy your family and friends.
With Joy,
Michelle Barry
